Duck Butt's

6-10 Duck breasts cut into bite size pieces
1 large bottle italian dressing
1 lb. bacon (thick cut is best)
2 TBSP. Brown sugar (can be omitted)
toothpicks

-mix italian dressing and brown sugar together in a large mixing bowl until sugar is disolved
-cut bacon into strips large enough to wrap around duck pieces
-wrap each duck chunk in a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick
-place duck wrapped in bacon into the bowl with italian/sugar mixture
-let marinate overnight or at least 4 hours
-cook "Duck Butt's over hot coals until bacon is crispy

Note: can also be broiled in the oven using a cookie sheet or roasting pan.
